Mission Valley is a northern San Diego community built along San Diego’s east-west route to the Pacific Ocean. Mission Valley is conveniently located at a point where several interstates intersect, making commuting simple. Three large malls are contained within its boundaries, including San Diego’s largest shopping center: the upscale, open-air Fashion Valley.
Mission Valley’s diverse housing options include many attractive one-story single-family homes. These were mostly constructed mid-century and have been undergone recent renovation. Spanish-style 1920’s properties can also be found in the neighborhood, while the oldest properties date back to the 1800s. There are also larger luxury properties with outdoor swimming pools and beautifully designed entertaining spaces, along with contemporary condominium complexes. The most sought-after properties boast breathtaking valley views stretching out to the Pacific Ocean.

Fashion Valley is one of the largest malls in California and by far the largest in San Diego, with 1,720,533 square feet of retail space. This sprawling outdoor retail complex is anchored by Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus department stores. It also boasts a huge selection of upscale designers, internationally recognizable retailers, and restaurants.
Big box retailers at Westfield Mission Valley include Bed Bath and Beyond, Macy’s Home and Furniture, and Target. Westfield Mission Valley features an AMC movie theater and fashion outlets such as Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom Rack.

Riverwalk Golf Club
in Mission Valley’s west has a stunning 18-hole, resort-style golf course with manicured greens, four lakes, and a beautiful mix of water features and wetland areas. Riverwalk’s other amenities include a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse with casual dining areas, an outdoor verandah, and a glamorous banquet hall. SDCCU Stadium
